1. Reply to relevant questions raised by customers, summarize and provide feedback on customer inquiries;
2. Maintain and manage customer evaluations and reminders effectively;
3. Track and coordinate warehouse and shipping operations, and promptly resolve any abnormal issues;
4. Assist with other tasks related to store operations.

4、协助店铺运营的其他工作事项。

工作时间：10:00--19:30 / 大小周休息
