Responsibilities

•Validate all personal references and rental application information
•Use a variety of social media and company's website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around
•Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing
•Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs
•Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts

Qualifications

•Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
•A proven record of sales experience and success
•Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal RentersHub
