Customer Service Representative

Location: Buchanan, NY

Pay Range: Starting at $21 / hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications

• *Previous Call-Center experience strongly preferred.*
• You're an upbeat, self-motivated person who loves helping people get the support and service they need.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and phone skills
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to achieve our target goal.
• Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers

Most importantly, you must be reliable, take ownership of your role and responsibilities, and be someone the team can count on.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathize & understand customer's urgent need for service.
• Create Tickets and Schedule the customer's appointment. ,
• Answer customer questions and provide basic service information/
• Communicate with customers via chat or email.
• Participate in administrative tasks, communication, and coordination with internal departments.
• Be prepared to complete other duties delegated on an as-needed basis.
• No Pest Control Experience Needed- We will train you!
