Responsibilities •Conduct property appraisals using local real estate market data to ensure fair pricing for clients in Murrieta, CA, US
•Thoroughly inspect properties to identify necessary repairs for aiding clients in purchase/sale negotiations
•Proactively search for acquisition opportunities and build a robust lead pipeline for future business growth
•Showcase commercial properties suitable for business purposes, providing clients with financial insights and analytical information
•Tour business properties, assess maintenance costs, evaluate renovation possibilities, explore financing options, and present analytical data to clients
•Coordinate and attend property inspections to support clients through purchase/sale agreements
•Serve as a mediator in price negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring accurate and legal transaction closures
•Deliver comprehensive market research to clients, empowering them to make well-informed decisions
•Engage in commercial lead generation and follow-up activities
•Master CRM and database management for efficient client relationship tracking
•Adhere to the outlined business plan for optimal performance
•Foster relationships with in-house agents and teams to encourage referrals
