Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience with end-to-end medium to large Workday ERP implementation testing -

- Workday Certification in one or more modules required

- Strong understanding of the principles of testing, as well as formal methodologies of testing

- Comprehension of cross-functional touchpoints in Workday between various modules

- Experience leading project team/business partners in preparation, planning, and execution of testing of Workday system

- Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles

- Previous experience with development is required

- Knowledge of formal defect management

- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Relevant background in HCM, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Finance systems heavily preferred

- Experience with Automated Testing Solutions is preferred

- Experience of Azure DevOps is a preferred

Job Description

With minimal supervision, this role involves testing Workday modules, including HCM, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Finance Systems. As the Testing Engineer, you will handle all aspects of testing, including the design, development, and implementation of Unit and User Acceptance Tests. You will ensure program deliverables are successfully tested, collaborate with business functions to create and execute test plans, and troubleshoot any issues. Additionally, you will develop key deliverables for our Workday system, such as Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Metrics and Reporting, and Test Scenarios, while working with our business partners and the project technical and functional team.

$115,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.
