Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate. As a Sure Start Business Coach on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:
- Collaborating with management to design impactful training programs and resources for new owners.
- Delivering engaging training sessions and coaching, covering software, brand standards, sales, customer service, and more.
- Ensuring thorough documentation and support every step of the way, from pre-opening logistics to successful store debut.
- Assisting in setting first-year goals, tracking progress, and celebrating milestones alongside each franchisee.
- Managing the FranConnect portal and developing eLearning modules to equip owners and their teams with ongoing knowledge.
- Facilitating transitions between training phases and connecting franchisees with their ongoing Business Coach seamlessly. Manage online training access and be a resource for all coaches and franchisees.

- Experience: 3+ years of relevant business coaching experience, with a preference for training and onboarding experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L analysis and strategies for driving profitability.
- Deep understanding of business fundamentals, including marketing, finance, operations, IT, and HR.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial literacy, including familiarity with forecasting, budgets, and basic financial analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of the franchise model and the Junk King brand
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and motivate learners.
- Patient, accountable, and excellent time management skills
- Proficient in software like Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and readily embrace new tech.
- Education: Associate's degree is required or equivalent experience
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Works a Hybrid (Tues-Thurs) in Irving, TX,
- Ability to travel about 25%
