Nu-Calgon is the leader in consumable products in the heating and air conditioning industry, and we are looking for a highly motivated, creative, social media manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand, and driving audience interaction. While social media is an important part of the position, this person will also work closely with the product management and sales team to market our products via traditional methods. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about both social media and traditional marketing who is ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to support business growth and increase brand visibility on all social media platforms and traditional platforms.
• Develop, edit, and publish high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and reels) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Actively manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments, and direct messages.
• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on building brand awareness, and engagement
• Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates, ensuring that our strategy remains innovative and engaging.
• Create and Maintain Social Media Calendars.
• Collaborate with other teams in sales and marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns through social media, traditional marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing Social Media posts or similar role.
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of video editing software
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
