Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service Roofer to join our team. As part of our roofing division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality roofing services to our commercial clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in roof installation, maintenance, and repair, with a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems.

• Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial roofing systems, including flat and low-slope roofs.
• Diagnose roofing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Install and repair a variety of roofing materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofing systems.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, roofing equipment, and ensure all tasks are completed to code.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and with high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards on job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating with clients regarding project status and service recommendations.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites during and after projects.
• Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial roofing, with expertise in repair and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of flat roof systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and metal roofing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and fixing roofing issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Certifications: OSHA certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites.
