Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Level: Associate Director

Location: Pittsburgh, PA. Work from home - Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 15+ years of experience in SAP, specializing in SAP FICO, Product Costing and Cost Centre Accounting. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO modules and the ability to drive impactful solutions for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements.
• Supervise the integration of SAP FICO modules with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP FICO Product Costing and Cost Centre Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all SAP FICO implementations.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and configurations.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Participate in research and development projects to innovate and improve SAP FICO solutions.
• Ensure alignment of SAP FICO solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and standard processes to keep SAP FICO implementations up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of SAP FICO Product Costing and Cost Centre Accounting.
• Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance and research and development domains.
• Proven track record of successful SAP FICO implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold relevant certifications in SAP FICO modules.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
