This position requires a person that has the experience and skills along with the desire for an opportunity to not only exceed personally, but to help shape an organization as we undergo exciting and rapid growth. This position is mission critical to our existing and future service implementation. We serve all sizes of commercial mechanical companies across the U.S. with end user clients that include many top Fortune 100 companies.

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within [specific industry/sector]
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
