Alchemy, a Miami-based Brand Enhancement Agency  is expanding our team! We are currently seeking an Public Relations Account Executive with expertise in Travel, Hospitality, Food & Beverage. Notably, Alchemy was recognized as one of the top five Hospitality PR firms nationally by the Observer in 2024.

Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in fostering client relationships, creating results, and steering the agency towards exceeding its press and financial goals. This role requires a proactive account executive with a knack for nurturing high-level media and influencer relations and delivering innovative client solutions in a dynamic environment.

Role Specifics/ Key Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing timely feedback and strategic advice.
• Project Management: Oversee the workflow of multiple accounts( 3-6), ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes.
• Media Strategy:
• Leverage your industry connections to enhance media relations and identify strategic opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance strategic planning and decision-making.
• Account Direction: Generate innovative ideas to keep the agency at the forefront of the industry.
• Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Muck Rack, Google, Dropbox, Cision, Monday.com etc
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
