As Product Integration intern you will be responsible for working on critical projects for the Commercialization team qualifying new products. Assisting Product Integration Managers and Project Engineers Communicating with suppliers for quotes Communicating with plants to confirm equipment information Leading and managing small plant engineering projects Data gathering and analysis Development of new tools and processes for Engineering Deliverables that enable Speed-to-Market Local plant visits for inventory and data gathering General support for plant engineering as assigned What does the internship experience look like? As an intern, you will have exposure to real projects and will play a crucial role in the decision-making process. The experience will include: • Mentoring • Group Intern learning experiences and events (for summer interns) • Business exposure • Valuable project management experience • Final “report out” with all other interns highlighting key learnings and summer experience What will I gain from the internship? Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plastics engineering, packaging engineering or mechanical/electrical engineering technology Intermediate MS Suite skills inclusive of Excel and Word Experienced in software development using commonly available software tools Experienced in AutoCAD drafting software Juniors or Senior preferred Previous engineering internship experience preferred but not required Flexible schedule Energetic, hardworking, and motivated Possess strong problem-solving skills Altium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!
