Essential Functions:

• Exceed guest expectations with excellent hospitality skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist guests promptly and accurately.
• Act as a liaison between guests and departments.
• Manage guest accounts and billing accurately.
• Answer switchboard calls and process end-of-shift reports.
• Stay awake during overnight shifts and comply with safety policies.
• Review previous day’s activities and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and demands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and general office skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
