Essential Job Duties:

The Cut-off Operator (2nd shift) sets the machine to cut pipe to a specified length. The raw material is delivered to the machine and loaded onto a rack with a side-loader. The operator uses his/ her hands to guide the pipe along the rack into the starting position. The machine is either an automatic feed or the operator will hand feed the machine by pulling the pipe at waist level until the cutting blade engages.

Benefits Compensation:

• Starting pay rate $18.80
• Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:30pm - 11:00pm
• 401k and Paid Holidays
• Health Benefits after 30 days
• Paid Personal Time and Vacation after 90days of employment

All job offers are contingent upon post-hire requirements: successful background check, drug screen/physical, and completion of required paperwork

Required Skills:

• Constant standing and walking (up to 10 hours per day)
• Frequent reaching at shoulder level
• Occasional reaching above shoulder level
• Repetitive twisting
• Lifting up to 40 pounds repetitively
• Repetitive use of both hands (up to 10 hours per day)
• An awareness of exposed cuttings and moving parts on the machine
