Job Description
WeierLaw, a well-established personal injury law firm with over 25 years of experience and a team of 45+ professionals, including 7 attorneys, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Owner and Vice President. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of administrative functions, assists in special marketing initiatives, and enhances overall efficiency within the firm.
Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Manage the Owner and Vice President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to maximize productivity.
• Administrative Coordination: Oversee and streamline administrative tasks to maintain office organization and efficiency.
• Marketing Assistance: Support special marketing projects, coordinating internal and external efforts to enhance the firm’s visibility and outreach.
• Project Management: Assist in tracking and executing various firm initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Communication Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Operational Support: Help identify and implement process improvements to optimize day-to-day business functions.
Qualifications:
• Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
• At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
