Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: This community is currently under construction and therefore aggressive and robust lease-up targets are essential to ensuring the successful opening of this beautiful community. Meet or exceed monthly company/community sales standards.
  • Engage Prospects: Focus on face-to-face interactions, including client home visits, and manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Database Management: Accurately maintain and update the community’s database with information on new inquiries, referral sources, and follow-ups.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and sustain relationships with referral sources and conduct ongoing field visits.
  • Analyze Market Data: Research local competition and new market entrants. Oversee the annual sales and marketing plan, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Track Metrics: Monitor move-ins, move-outs, and referral activities, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Assist with Move-Ins: Support the team in completing move-in paperwork and ensuring a smooth resident transition.
  • Reporting: Provide regional management with reports and updates on sales efforts.
  • Professional Development: Participate in sales training events and apply techniques to grow census/revenue.
  • Event Promotion: Organize and promote community events to increase visits and tours.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the department budget.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Luxury/high-end sales or hospitality experience required, high-end senior living experience a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Sales Background: Experience in sales or leasing within healthcare or senior living industries helpful.
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative and “out of the box” thinking desired.
  • Relationship Selling: Expertise in relationship selling and a proven ability to close sales.
  • Motivational Skills: Experience with motivational interviewing techniques preferred.
  • Customer Service: Strong background in customer service and teamwork.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate openly and empathetically.
  • Language: Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
  • Flexibility: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Driver’s License: Must possess a current driver’s license.
