Intern, Product Manager Req. # 21526 Job Family PM - Project Management Location US-DE-New Castle Overview Waters Corporation is always looking to hire the best and brighest future talent of our company. The Flow and Mechanical Properties Product Management team, in the TA division, is currently looking for a Product Manager located in the New Castle, DE office. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Strategic Segment Managers, Regional Marketing, Sales and Engineering to design and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth in the product portfolio. As the Product Manager, you will be the primary lead for assembling cross functional teams to gather data and insights that will inform the product portfolio strategy. Based on individual learning objectives and needs of the business, you will gain experience and exposure to the following:

• Product strategy
• Competitive intelligence
• Market sizing and segmentation
• Marketing communications
• Industry relations
• Business Processes
• Strategic marketing

In addition to these skills, you will also have exposure to senior level management across the business. The combination of skills mentorship and management access will truly allow you to take advantage of what Waters has to offer and enable you to begin developing as a broad global business leader. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience while earning course credits for the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks & begin early June. Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to Develop understanding of current market, including sizing and segmentation Identify customer acceptance criteria through execution and synthesis customer interviews Perform competitive landscape analysis & product positioning strategies Craft and propose strategies for future portfolio growth The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following 1st year MBA with an expected graduation date in 2025 Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities Experience adapting to a dynamic and changing environment Self-driven and eager to learn Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and convert to insightful conclusions Good communication and presentation skills Company Description Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), the world's leading specialty measurement company, has pioneered chromatography, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis innovations serving the life, materials, and food sciences for over 60 years.
