We are currently a hiring full-time Forklift Bodywork Painter.

Atlas Toyota Material Handling, part of the Atlas Companies, is an authorized Toyota Forklift Dealer committed to providing quality service, premium equipment, and innovative solutions for companies of all sizes.

Your New Role:

· Responsible for sanding, grinding, and painting forklifts and lift trucks

· Handle the cleaning and preparation of the equipment before starting the painting process

· Maintain safe and efficient operations of the paint booth and sprayers

· Understand how cleaners, primers, and paints react on certain surfaces

· Ensure the finished results of the paint process meet Atlas Companies standards

· Maintain a clean work area, following all safety, EPA, and conduct rules

· Properly dispose of all waste materials, containers, packaging, and supplies

· Follow manufacturer guidelines on maintaining all tools and equipment, including the maintenance of paint booths and paint filters

· Manage inventory of necessary painting equipment

· Maintain a close working relationship with all teammates, including Rental, Service, Parts, and Customer Service Sales associates

What You'll Need to Succeed:

· Experience with light maintenance repairs

· Experience using air power paint guns, grinders, sanders, and hand tools

· A willingness to learn and be trained.

· The ability to manage time and attendance. You must be dependable, self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

· This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
