Job Description

• Project Manager will manage the installation of a building automation system for a project currently under construction, ensuring a professional, timely and cost-effective installation process.
• Project Manager is responsible for monitoring the construction project scope of work through its entire lifecycle.
• Duties include anticipating and scheduling supplies, equipment, and labor.
• Complete quality inspections and supervise all project members, including staff and sub-contractors.
• Daily collaboration with all associated MEP and Construction Supervisor to ensure all is running smoothly on the construction site associated with the scope of work.

• Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.
