What We're Looking For: We're looking for an HVAC Service Manager with experience leading a high performing service team. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team that excels at providing 5 star service to their customers, and consistently exceeding goals. Essential Functions - Lead, manage, and hold accountable your team including 1:1s, team meetings, coaching, etc
- Consistent involvement in Radiant sponsored & team building activities
- Track technician interactions and performance; deliver unique coaching per tech
- Work with dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job
- Meet weekly with the dispatch manager to review team schedule, specific technician needs & review scorecards for areas to surpass goal.
- Consistently provide service and sales performance support to the techs via ride alongs, site visits, and coaching calls.
- Always represent, deliver and train the Radiant brand and experience.
- Understand and enforce service titan processes.
- Assist GM with price book modifications
- Work with Radiant leaders to develop new motivations in line with Radiant's vision
- Create the habit and enforce restock process
- Enforce quality workmanship standards throughout the team.
- Oversee technician technical assessment & check off list.
- Teach safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
- Oversee customer issue resolution: including site visits, oversight of repairs, phone call follow up, hand off to Finance for insurance involvement.
Skills & Abilities - Education: High school graduate or equivalent: required.
Experience: Prior experience as a Service Technician for over 5 years in a residential and commercial setting. Management experience for over 3 years in a residential setting.
Computer Skills: proficient using mobile devices, Service Titan (or similar service software) & Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications & Licenses: EPA, TDLR, and valid & clear drivers license.
Other Requirements: Proficient with Service Titan platform. Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning
