For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: OverviewSummary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented Food and Beverage Runner to join our Luxury Premium team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food to suites, restaurants, and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivering Food - Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.Assisting Staff - Help suitemates with large order, restocking, and other assigned duties.Cleanliness - Keep work areas and equipment clean, includes following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.Customer Service - Communicating with guests, includes responding to customer requests and complaints to assure Service Excellence. Communication - Communicating effectively to suitemates, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure compliance by maintaining company standards.Closing Duties - Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment.
