About Us: Fit Collective Studio is more than just a gym – it’s a premier community committed to growth and evidence-based training. We offer well rounded, wholistic fitness and wellness in a very unique setting located in the country, offering a relaxing studio and loft with coffee bar/lounge - for all to access. Outdoors we have a beautiful green space, with pool, sauna and cold plunges to aid in recovery and physical and mental wellness.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead high-energy group classes and personal training sessions
• Design customized fitness programs to help clients achieve their goals
• Build a supportive, inclusive environment for clients of all skill levels

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Certification, Diploma or Degree in a health and fitness related program
• Experience: Proven background in personal training or group class instruction
• Specialization: Injury management knowledge or physiotherapy experience is highly valued, but not a necessity
• Skills: Positive, energetic, and an effective communicator
• Availability: Flexible, with shifts available mornings, midday, evenings, and weekends (minimum 2-5 hours/week)
• Certifications: CrossFit Level 1, CPR/First Aid, and Strength & Conditioning certification (or willingness to attain them)

Job Types: Part Time/Casual

Pay: $23.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week

• 5:30am - 1:00pm
• 5:00pm - 7:30pm
• 1 Saturday per month 7:30am - 11:30am

Experience:

• personal training/group coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
