We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team in Texas. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Responsibilities: • Install and maintain fire alarm systems including control panels, smoke detectors, alarms, and notification devices. • Test, inspect, program, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure they are fully operational and compliant with all applicable safety codes. • Document service and installation reports including work performed, equipment used, and parts replaced. • Ensure compliance with local fire codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications during all installations and repairs. • Respond to emergency service requests and provide rapid resolution to system failures or malfunctions. • Stay up-to-date on industry standards, local fire codes, and technological advancements in fire alarm systems. Qualifications: • Experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or in a similar role with a strong understanding of fire alarm systems and equipment. • Fire Alarm License • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve fire alarm system issues efficiently. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals , wiring diagrams, and blueprints. • NICET certification (plus)in fire alarm systems is preferred but not required. • Ability to operate testing and diagnostic equipment. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
