Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws.

- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Job Details Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Oregon Bar.
- 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, wills, and trusts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
