Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: San Bernardino, CA (Onsite to start)

We've partnered with a leading retailer in the apparel and fashion industry who is seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will work closely with their external Google Search agency and affiliate marketing partners while managing in-house social media advertising. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional passionate about driving impactful campaigns and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Marketing Asset Management:

  • Collect, organize, and maintain a library of marketing assets for various campaigns.
  • Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Performance Analysis:

  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using key metrics and tools.
  • Generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Affiliate Marketing Management:

  • Coordinate with the affiliate company to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
  • Monitor affiliate activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines and optimizing performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and fostering collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, including recruitment, performance tracking, and strategy development.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance tracking platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
