What We Offer:

• Compensation: Earn $700-$900 (Base/ Tips/ Bonuses)
• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and Simple IRA.
• Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends required. Work hours are Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning services in homes

• Follow established protocols for sanitization and disinfection

• Identify and address challenging cleaning situations

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and offices

• Adhere to handbook policies and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Ability to work on a team and support team members as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Your own reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to work full-time (30-38 hours per week) and live within 30 minutes of 640 Romence Rd Suite 115, Portage, MI 49024.
• Enjoy working around pets
• Able to engage with our electronic app via a smartphone.
• English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
