Customer Care Representative Job Duties The Customer Care Representative enthusiastically facilitates the process of sales, check out, payment, product fulfillment, delivery, and ensures a positive Slumberland experience for our customers.
- Passionate about customer experience with the ability to cultivate loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional customer service and support
- Process web orders; communicate to stores and customers via email and phone on order completion or issues
- Manage incoming chat sessions for the entire organization via chatting personally with the customer or connecting them to a store employee
- Self-motivated to solve problems and find the best possible solutions to balance customer expectations and company interests
- Become a subject matter expert on the products and services offered, practicing selling strategies, and achieve performance objectives set by the leadership team

Requirements Customer Care Representative Job Requirements - High school diploma and a minimum of one-year administrative or customer service experience
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook with proven success in office communication techniques
- Retail software and ECommerce experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate high level functioning under pressure
- Ability to use hands for typing for up to 10 hours per day
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays
