Overview:

Job Summary:

A Recruiter at Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort s responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and onboarding new employees. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and plays a key role in ensuring that the resort hires the best talent across all departments. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with department heads to meet staffing needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience while also supporting the broader HR team in maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Job Specification:

• Location: Onsite at Black Desert Resort / Red Mountain Resort
• Shift & Schedule: Year-Round / Full Time
• Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and build strong pipelines for key roles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate flow and report recruitment metrics.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have completed all necessary paperwork and are set up for success.
• Support employer branding initiatives by attending job fairs, networking events, and promoting the resort as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate with HR and department managers to forecast future staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and resort policies throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and recruitment agencies.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $60,000.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
