Clinical Liaison

Allentown, PA

A non-profit 180 bed long term care facility located in the Allentown PA Area is searching for a full time Clinical Liaison. Organization has an excellent reputation for quality of care in the Lehigh Valley and low turn over rates company wide. Position is a 37.5 hour work week for full time and building has a 5 star rating for quality of care and outstanding reputation.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM with an on-call rotation once every third weekend (comp day given off during the week)

Requirements of the Clinical Liaison:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a sales, marketing or admissions type role as an RN or LPN
• Active RN or LPN Licensure in the state of PA

Responsibilities of the Clinical Liaison:

• Coordinate the admissions process for new patients by conducting tours, verifying insurance, helping with transports, collaborating with discharge planners, and assisting with other details.
• Receive referrals from hospitals, social workers, family members, etc. and work through admissions process.

Compensation and Benefits for the Clinical Liaison:

• Highly competitive salary ranging from $31.00 - $37.00 per hour depending on licensure, experience and qualifications
