What You'll Do
As a Healthcare Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Member Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering questions about healthcare benefits and resolving member inquiries efficiently.
Educate and Inform: Communicate the status of documentation and healthcare service requests to ensure members stay informed.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly while delivering a seamless member experience.
Achieve Goals: Meet key performance targets in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience with the same employer, preferably in a call center setting.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while multitasking and paying close attention to detail.
Preferred Background: Experience in sales or healthcare benefits is a plus.
Motivation and Reliability: A strong commitment to quality service and the ability to pass a background check.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
