The Role: As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Studio Manager, helping to create an exceptional, energetic fitness experience that members love. Whether you're helping with sales goals, making member connections, or running daily operations, you’ll represent the Orangetheory brand, bringing the science-backed workout to life. Your day-to-day will include a little of everything: team support, member check-ins, onboarding, and organizing events—all while ensuring the studio stays clean, safe, and welcoming. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
