If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in assisting our multi-location healthcare system in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. With your 5+ years of experience, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Accounts Payable Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Conducting PO and AP research to assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
3. Processing accounts payable and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Collaborating with various departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Training and guiding other team members on best practices for customer support and financial processing.
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
7. Maintaining a thorough understanding of our healthcare system and services to effectively assist clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience with PO research, AP research, and accounts payable processing.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
7. Proficiency in using various software and systems relevant to the role.
8. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and multi-location healthcare systems.
